Dr. Joni is the retired Glenn County Superintendent of Schools, Past-President of the California County Superintendents Organization (CCSESA), County Superintendent of the Year, an author of a newspaper blog, author of five books, and mother of four. When asked when she has time to write her answer is "I don't watch much TV and 4:00 AM works well for me."
